• Identification & Contact: Full name, email address, phone number, date of birth, city, and state of residence.
• Academic & Professional Background: College or university, degree, branch, graduation year, semester-by-semester CGPAs, backlog history, past technical projects, internships, and your resume (PDF).
• External Profiles: GitHub or portfolio links and LinkedIn URLs provided by you.
• Role Matching & Logistics: Role selected, earliest availability date, family background, and willingness to commit to long-term tenure.
• Technical Assessment Data: Your responses to multiple-choice, theoretical, and embedded C/C++ coding questions.
• Assessment Integrity Telemetry: To guarantee fairness, our browser-based testing system logs event flags such as window blur, tab visibility changes, shortcut key presses, and fullscreen exit attempts. We do not access external browser tabs or record audio/video.

3. Purpose of Processing

We process your personal information exclusively for:

• Evaluating your engineering depth and suitability for open hardware and firmware positions.
• Administering and scoring the technical assessment.
• Communicating with you regarding interview scheduling, assessment results, and offers.
• Reviewing assessment integrity telemetry in case technical anomalies or anomalies arise.

4. Confidentiality & Data Security

All candidate submissions, resumes, and test logs are restricted strictly to authorized hiring managers and engineering leads at Electronlab Drones. Resumes are stored on protected server storage and are only accessible via authenticated, role-verified administrative sessions. We do not sell, rent, or trade applicant information with any third-party advertisers or recruitment brokers.

5. Data Retention

Candidate profiles and assessment scores are retained in our internal talent database for up to 12 months following application submission, allowing our engineering team to consider you for emerging roles. You may request deletion of your applicant records at any time by contacting our hiring team.
