1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an applicant account, submitting your profile, or attempting the online technical examination on hiring.electronlab.cc, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not submit an application.

2. Candidate Representations & Accuracy

You declare that all information submitted during registration—including academic percentages, semester CGPAs, graduation dates, project contributions, and backlog disclosures—is genuine, accurate, and verifiable. Any intentional falsification or misrepresentation discovered at any stage of recruitment or employment constitutes grounds for immediate disqualification or termination of employment without notice.

3. Technical Assessment Code of Conduct

The Technical Assessment is an individual examination designed to evaluate genuine engineering aptitude. You agree that:

• The assessment must be completed solely by you, without external collaboration, impersonation, or assistance.
• You will not consult generative AI tools, code repositories, or peer communication platforms while the exam timer is running.
• You will not copy, photograph, distribute, or publish any test questions, code snippets, or answer keys. Doing so is an infringement of proprietary trade secrets.
• Our platform monitors browser focus, window visibility, fullscreen status, and key combination attempts. Recorded integrity events are reviewed by our hiring team during final evaluation.

4. Non-recoverable Credentials

As stated upon registration, password recovery is disabled on this recruitment portal to preserve assessment integrity and single-session accountability. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, technical diagrams, job specifications, brand assets, and proprietary drone development concepts displayed on this portal remain the exclusive property of Round Technologies. No license or transfer of rights is implied by your participation in the hiring process.

6. No Guarantee of Employment

Submitting an application or completing the Technical Assessment does not constitute an offer of employment or guarantee advancement to subsequent interview rounds. Candidate selection is performed at the sole discretion of the Electronlab Drones evaluation committee.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising in connection with the portal shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
